Basic shipping on all products is included, for U.S. addresses. Expedited shipping available. Customer pays shipping on returns.

For basic shipping we use United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground or the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or First Class Mail. The vast majority of orders are shipped the same or next business day and arrive between one and five days later, depending on distance.

Our shippers' assurance that an order was delivered is our assurance of same. Purrified Air is not responsible for shipments stolen after delivery. We recommend choosing a shipping service that requires the driver collects a signature from the recipient where this is known to happen, or as a general safety measure. You also may contact the shipper to hold the package for your personal pickup, or set a delivery time when it can be personally received.

Orders shipped to out of the United States may have duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import fees or other fees assessed by the shipper or government.
