Return and Refund policy:

The Purrified Air litter box air filter may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the day you receive it if you are unsatisfied for any reason.

Procedure:

Email info@purrifiedair.com, request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. While you are under no obligation to provide a reason, it would be helpful for us to know. We will provide you with the address to return the product. You are responsible for shipping costs.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Only undamaged items will be approved for refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
