Oder this with the wall mount. It didn’t come with the mount. Their customer service is an absolute joke, I want to return this but I can’t find an option. Customers Beware
We are sorry you are unhappy with the service provided. You may have thought you ordered the wall mount bracket but you did not. Nor were you charged for one. If you would like one, all you have to do is order it. You were provided with the same return information as any other customer, who normally have no problem finding the option.
I don’t know what to say other than there’s no odor. At. All. We have placed it on top of an enclosed litter box on our boat. It just works. It’s like nothing else out there. If you want no litter box odor. Buy it. Period. It’s amazing!
I have three BIG cats, two Maine Coons and a British Shorthair. So big cats mean big litter box deposits. I had a small air purifier running by two of their boxes, but could still smell them especially after they had just been used. I turned this one on and haven't smelled any litter box orders since. I also love that it is small and compact. Quiet too! I have it placed on a dresser, sitting on the table top holder. Highly recommend!
Works amazingly well for my large litter box in a cabinet. So grateful for this invention
