Warranty, Guarantee and Return Policy
WARRANTY
If you are not satisfied with product performance you have 30 days to return it in good condition for a full refund under most conditions. This warranty does not cover products which become defective through neglect or misuse.
GUARANTEE
The Purrified Air pet odor filter is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects for one year. This includes all components except the fan. THE FAN IS GUARANTEED FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THE PRODUCT. The fans we use, by the way, are rated for 50,000 hours of service, that's just under six years. If the fan stops working, ever, you send us the top half of the filter case which contains the fan and we will replace it free. You pay the postage to us. We pay for the return trip. Other parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
RETURN POLICY
Procedure: Email info@purrifiedair.com. State in email that you wish to return the product which you purchased within 30 days. Provide order number if possible. While you are under no obligation to provide a reason for the return, it is helpful to us to know. We will provide you with the address to return the product. You are responsible for return shipment costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. A nominal restocking fee may apply.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
